Take a Look Inside Ben Simmons $5 Million Philly Mansion
Ben Simmons has made his intentions clear: he wants out of Philadelphia. The 76ers point guard has had a troubled offseason, demanding a trade and not showing up for practice. Despite occurring $1.7 million in fines from the franchise, it’s believed Simmons is adamant about leaving. The 25-year-old Australian has doubled down on his wish to escape the City of Brotherly Love by listing his Moorestown mansion for a cool $5 million.
The spacious 10,477 square foot residence sits at the end of a cul-de-sac on 1.78 acres of land. Designed by the team at Widell & Boschetti, the mansion contains five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Upon entering the home guests are met by a grand foyer with an elegant staircase leading to the second floor. High ceilings, millwork and white oak hardwood floors, and a white and black color scheme are prevalent throughout.

Other highlights include a dynamic chef’s kitchen featuring two zebra-colored, double oversized islands, Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, and custom cabinetry, a formal dining room with a wine wall and wet bar, and a main office with custom built-in shelving and french doors.
The second floor is home to the master suite and includes a lounge area, wet bar, fireplace, private terrace, and ensuite bathroom with soaking tub, shower, and expansive vanities.
But the big selling point is the basement. Here you’ll find a movie room with a custom-made couch, a huge fish tank, a fully furnished and ventilated lounge, private gaming room, bar, bathroom, and large kitchen area with custom cabinets and a Sub-Zero refrigerator.

While there isn’t much of a backyard, there is an area for entertaining and a number of large parcels of lawn out front, along with a basketball ring in the driveway and a small dog park with turfgrass.
